Wat doe je in deze social media stage?

We hebben jou nodig om dagelijks bezig te zijn met alle content die we gaan maken voor de tweede editie van dit spektakel. Dat is zowel een beetje creatief werk om varianten op voorbeeldteksten te schrijven voor elk kanaal, als met het grootst mogelijke oog voor detail gebruik maken van de planning- en monitoring tool. Het beheren van al deze social media content wordt jouw toko!

Wat zijn je werkzaamheden?

Je zult bijvoorbeeld:

  • meegaan naar overleg meetings met de projectpartners
  • meedenken over de inhoud, toon en timing van social media content
  • leren waar je ècht lekkere koffie kunt drinken (en ja, soms zelf zetten)

En:

  • je plant berichten met grote zorgvuldigheid in voor Facebook, Twitter, Instagram en YouTube
  • je evalueert bestaande content en doet voorstellen voor betere resultaten
  • je houdt je bezig met community management (liken, reageren, commenten)

Maak je geen zorgen, mocht er nog tijd overblijven omdat je knettergoed bent en efficiënt werkt, dan zijn er genoeg andere dingen te doen voor Nameshapers en EventReporters.

Wat is jouw profiel als stagiair(e)?

Je zegt volmondig ‘yeah!’ op de meeste van deze eisen:

  • ik ben een WO’er
  • ik snap wel iets van social media
  • ik spreek en schrijf uitstekend Engels
  • ik heb aanleg om (voor online) te schrijven
  • ik zie mijn vrienden net zoveel op Facebook Messenger, Pinterest en Instagram als offline
  • ik woon in of dichtbij Amsterdam (tenzij “reizen in de spits” je hobby is)
  • ik wil hard werken en heb geen 9 tot 5-mentaliteit (kleine kans dat je ons om 9.00 uur ziet, namelijk)

Je neemt zelf initiatieven, dus hoeveel je doet en bereikt, hangt van jezelf af. Een stage duurt 5 tot 6 maanden. Zo halen we er allemaal het maximale uit. En neem als het even kan vooral je eigen Mac mee.

Jij kunt verder:

  • …ertegen om op meerdere locaties te werken
  • …prima je eigen tijd indelen
  • …je snel verdiepen in Instagram growth hacks

Stagevergoeding:

300 euro per maand.

Nog wat weten over Nameshapers?

Nameshapers ondersteunt sinds 2010 bedrijven, non-profits en individuen met het slaan van een brug tussen hun online en offline aanwezigheid. Zo geven wij veel interactieve workshops. Ook verzinnen we online communicatiestrategieën voor evenementen: onder de naam EventReporters doen we daar live verslag van. Dat doen we vooral voor (medische) congressen in binnen- en buitenland.
